Ford has revealed the all-new Bullitt 2019 UK price and specs.
The American car manufacturer unveiled the new car earlier this year at the Detroit Motor Show 2018.
It was unveiled to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Steve McQueen film of the same name.
The green Mustang became an iconic ‘character’ in the film after its car chase.
Ford took inspiration from the classic car but appropriated it to fit the latest generation model on the car.
It uses a unique metallic paint option, Dark Highland Green, similar to the shade used in the film.
A number of other design features have been added to signify the car’s affiliation to the film including the front grille, splitter, and rear Bullitt badge.
It sits on 19-inch Bullitt High-gloss black finish five-spoke alloy wheels as standard and Brembo six-piston front brake calipers, painted red front and rear and a cue ball gear knob.
The interior comes with a premium audio system and specific badging
The special edition car is inspired by the film with the same name
Inside the car is special edition Recaro leather seats with green detailing and a Bullitt instrument panel badge with unique chassis number.
Elsewhere inside the car, a new B&O PLAY audio system as standard delivers 1,000 watts of power through 12 speakers.
Powering the car is a 5.0-litre V8 engine, delivering 452 bhp, and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
The car is available to order now with prices starting at £47,145, and deliveries are expected from September.
